Web NG Global is an international company based in Moldova that partners with U.S. Consumer law firms, providing outsourced services for the American legal industry. We support the entire client journey - from attracting potential clients, doing the intake clerical work and assisting the attorneys with administrative tasks throughout the client journey.

Your Role

We are looking for a talented and imaginative Creative Designer who can transform ideas into compelling visuals and help elevate our brands across digital platforms.

What you’ll do

• Develop engaging visual content for social media, websites, advertising campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Design creative assets for Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other marketing channels.
• Create banners, illustrations, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to bring creative concepts to life.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and brand development.
• Work on UI/UX design concepts for websites and landing pages.
• Stay updated on design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices.

What makes you a good fit

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other design tools.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media design, and advertising creatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency: B2 or higher.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or AI creative tools is a strong advantage.
